COVID-19 POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Intensive Carpet Clean LTD are committed to keeping their customers and staff safe from accidental contacting or transferring of the COVID-19 virus.
Intensive Carpet Clean LTD have put in place procedures which will assist in minimising the risk of transferring COVID-19
Following Procedures:
- All equipment (hoses, wands, vacuum cleaners, tools, air movers, dehumidifiers, sprayers etc) will be sprayed & wiped down sanitising using a professional grade botanical disinfect product which destroys the COVID-19 on contact. This procedure will occur after each job.
- Our mobile payment device will be wiped down before and after each use with alcohol/ethanol cleansing wipes. We also offer contactless pay-wave.
- All staff will be wearing disposal gloves during the work involved. These will be disposed of/sanitised after each job. Staff hands and arms are washed with antibacterial liquid soap prior work commencing and after work finishing. Handwash, disinfectant and alcohol wipes will be available in all work vans.
- All household/office contact points (door handles, light switches, keys, taps, etc) will be wiped down using the alcohol/ethanol cleansing wipes after the work has been carried out.
- Maintaining a distance of 2 metres between staff and clients. No contactable greeting methods are acceptable (handshakes, pat on the back etc)
- All used alcohol cleansing wipes will be disposed of correctly.
This policy will be updated and reviewed in accordance with the severity of the problem. Your well being and our employees well being is paramount.
